2015 第十屆香港電單車節 - 參展細則與下載參展表格

第十屆香港電單車節將於今年11月29日舉行，舉辦地點是愛丁堡廣場及龍和道停車場，與往年相同。香港電單車節主席－Ian Foster先生亦已完成了參展表格，有興趣參展的車行及車會只要填妥表格後寄回ian@netvigator.com便可。

過去大會只收取參展商港幣$500元的費用，是不足以繳付每年的保險及運輸費等的開支，因此今年大會將參展費用調升至港幣$1,000元，車會可獲括免。為尊重香港法例，參與活動者如被大會發現亂拋垃圾、活動結束後遺留大型展示物品及在行人路上駕駛等等，必須繳付大會港幣$3,000元作慈善用途，受惠機構是保良局。

Hi Hong Kong Bikers,
The “MOTORCYCLE SHOW 2015” has now been approved by the Government and our use of Edinburgh Place and Lung Wo Road car-park is confirmed for us on Sunday, 29th November, 2015. Please help promote the Show by circulating this information to all the Bike Shops, Clubs, Biker Groups you know about both in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Macau, and Asia. Each year is the 10th Anniversary of the Show so we want to do something special with your help and support.
 
“Reply Slip” ... If you wish to participate in the Show you must submit the “Reply Slip” (which is attached to this email), to me by Post accompanied by a cheque by Friday 31st July, 2015. Remember “First come, first served” so don’t delay! Space is limited as usual so no late applications can be considered.

Fee for Shops ... As usual all Clubs, visitors, and guests will enjoy the Show FREE of charge. This year the contribution of the Shops is to be increased to HK$1,000.oo/lot as $500.oo (the Fee for the past 10 years) does not cover the Costs incurred by the Show.

Coordination Meeting ... A meeting will be held at HKAA HQ (www.hkaa.com.hk) on Friday 11th September 2015 at 7.00pm. There you will have the opportunity to raise any questions and resolve any issues.

Closed Road Permit .. Transport Department (TD) have asked that I submit one Application for ALL vehicles wishing to gain access to the Closed Road area on the day of the Show. If you wish to have a Lorry or vehicle move on the road closed area you need to send me the completed TD Form along with their required information. This must come with your ‘Reply Slip.’ The Closed Road Permit can be downloaded at www.td.gov.hk/filemanager/common/tdforms/td606.pdf.
 
We want everyone to have a good time at the annual ‘Motorcycle Show’, but to ensure its continued success participants must respect the Government’s Rules, therefore a series of HK$3,000 Fines will be imposed on those who violate the Rules (all proceeds from Fines will be donated by CAM to the Po Leung Kuk Charity). A Senior Representative from each Shop/Club must be present at this years ‘Co-ordination Meeting’ at HKAA HQ on Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon on Friday 11th September, 2015 at 7.00pm.
